Refund Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, fragrance, or other use will not be accepted. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and packaging.

Final Sale Items
Sale or discounted merchandise, gift cards, special orders, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please contact us regarding availability.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@one51az.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

One Five One reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
